Reiki means "universal life energy" and is an ancient system of natural healing involving the laying on of hands. During a Reiki treatment, you will lie on the table fully clothed. My hands are held above or will lightly touch your body and will send healing energy wherever it needs to go. The energy is channeled through me from the universe.
Reiki:

Reiki sessions generally last about an hour. After a Reiki session people report feeling relaxed, centered, renewed and grounded.
Distance is not an issue with Reiki treatments. I am capable of treating a person from any distance, as long as the person has given permission.
